Originally from Vancouver, Canada, I arrived in Punta Cana in January 2011, sent here to complete a one year work contract. By the end of that year I was eager to get home, only so I could pack a few more things, sell the rest, and return to continue living and working here full time! The sun, sea and laid back Caribbean lifestyle had won me over and I was excited to make this my new home! Summer always was my favorite season, and here it’s always summer time!

I have witnessed the grand transformation of Bavaro-Punta Cana; from a couple of small towns surrounded by big resorts, to an urban tropical paradise full of vibrant residential communities each with its own unique character. Where once it was difficult to find certain amenities, now everything is readily available at your doorstep or can be delivered there! I remember when there was only one small restaurant serving sushi. Now you can have an international dining experience where you can try something different every night for a month, and that’s only at Foodies, Bavaro Food Trucks! There is so much more to Bavaro-Punta Cana now than just a small beach town area taken over by resorts. Yet somehow, despite the growth, it still maintains its seaside village feel, and the memories and friends you make here will last a lifetime!

My intimate knowledge of this area along with my experiences from having lived here for so many years have proven very beneficial when assisting my clients as I am able to provide them with candid advice and first-hand information! With just a few simple questions I know exactly which areas to recommend and what properties to show, making the home buying process fun, easy and stress-free! When helping to sell your home, my understanding of the various markets means I know how to make your home stand out from others in the neighbourhood, ensuring increased visibility for potential buyers! With over 15 years experience in sales and customer service management, as well as a background in tourism, I know how important it is to listen to my client’s wants and needs in order to truly understand what their vision of living here looks like.
