 Four Tower Residential in the Jacobo Majluta 

The Moreno Four Tower Residential Complex is a multi-family development to be built on Calle Yaguasa, in the Santo Domingo Norte area. This residential project aims to contribute to the urban development of the region by offering a modern, well-equipped housing settlement. The project will cover a total area of 4,120 m². 

 

The complex will consist of 4 residential towers, each with three-bedroom apartments, measuring 90 m², with the added feature of private terraces on the upper floors. The Redential Complex is strategically oriented and distributed to maximize space efficiency and adapt to the physical conditions of the land, as well as the prevailing climate factors in the area. This design ensures both functionality and comfort in all the residential units. The common areas of the project will include: Swimming pool, children’s play area, gazebo for recreational and social activities.

The project is designed exclusively for residential use and will provide the necessary basic services for the comfort of its residents, including potable water, sewerage, and electricity, all supplied by the appropriate utility companies. The goal is to promote a well-planned and integrated growth, both within the development and in relation to the surrounding urban areas. 

The project is strategically located within the following general boundaries: 

  • To the north: Avenida Jacobo Majluta, one of the most important roads in the area. 
  • To the south: Calle Diana. 
  • To the east: Main Street. 

Thanks to its proximity to Avenida Jacobo Majluta, the project has excellent connectivity and accessibility, making it easy to reach major transportation routes, including the Winston Churchill Corridor and the Charles de Gaulle Corridor. The area also offers a wide variety of shopping centers, banks, and other services, enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
