Four Tower Residential in the Jacobo Majluta
The Moreno Four Tower Residential Complex is a multi-family development to be built on Calle Yaguasa, in the Santo Domingo Norte area. This residential project aims to contribute to the urban development of the region by offering a modern, well-equipped housing settlement. The project will cover a total area of 4,120 m².
The complex will consist of 4 residential towers, each with three-bedroom apartments, measuring 90 m², with the added feature of private terraces on the upper floors. The Redential Complex is strategically oriented and distributed to maximize space efficiency and adapt to the physical conditions of the land, as well as the prevailing climate factors in the area. The project is strategically located within the following general boundaries:
- To the north: Avenida Jacobo Majluta, one of the most important roads in the area.
- To the south: Calle Diana.
- To the east: Main Street.
